The Role
Reporting to the Land and Wholesale Manager, the key purpose of this role is to sell ABN Wholesale as a partner of choice with consistency, integrity and reliability as well as help deliver exceptional sales results whilst working in line with the Groups’ core values.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage existing channel agent agreements and partnerships
- Identify new channel agent opportunities, engaging and signing referral agreements
- Actively engage with developers to source stock opportunities
- Contribute to ABN Wholesale monthly sales targets from each channel agent
- Grow channel agent activity and sales volume with ABN Wholesale
- Provide input to ensure product offering and knowledge is current and relevant at all times
- Manage ABN Wholesale CRM and manage sales file entry
- Creating new enquiry from B2B marketing and referral sources
- Effective management of channel agent relations throughout the entire end to end process
- Facilitate job tracking with ABN Sales Administration
- Provide excellent customer service with all channel agents, developers, internal and external stakeholders
You
The following criteria are key for your success:
- Experience in a similar sale and/or KPI driven environment
- Outstanding stakeholder management with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial Acumen: the application of financial, customer, market, legal and regulatory knowledge to optimise short- and long-term commercial outcomes.
- Ability to persuade and influence individuals or groups to achieve better outcomes
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the role
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of house and land availability
- Previous channel agent, property or sales experience
