What you’ll do

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

As a Product Release Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product releases, ensuring they are launched on time, accurately, and in line with business requirements. You’ll work across multiple teams to manage workflows, timelines, dependencies, and communication from concept through to market release.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and executing assigned product releases against agreed schedules
  • Managing release timelines, priorities, and competing deadlines
  • Conducting due diligence with stakeholders to ensure release readiness
  • Identifying risks or delays and proactively managing solutions
  • Driving accountability across teams to meet key milestones
  • Partnering with Marketing to align product releases with retail launch dates
  • Ensuring all product documentation, systems, and matrices are accurate and up to date
  • Communicating product releases and updates clearly across the business
  • Supporting product training, reporting, presentations, and ad hoc project work

Experience within residential construction, product release environments, or strong Excel and documentation skills will be highly regarded.
