What You Will Be Working On

As part of our ongoing growth nationally we are seeking a person who is a self-starter and enjoys providing a high level of service in all areas. If you love a challenge, you will love this role.

You will be looking after the state of New South Wales & Queensland, be responsible for building and managing our broker network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregators
  • Promote Bluebay Home Loans full suite of home loan products to new and existing brokers
  • Conduct regular face-to-face broker meetings, training sessions, and product updates
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase loan volumes
  • Support brokers through the application-to-settlement process
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders

Who Will Be Successful

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager who thrives in the dynamic mortgage lending environment and has a proven track record of building strong partnerships within the broker channel.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, capable of establishing themselves as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external broker partners. With a solid understanding of home loan products and credit principles to drive business growth.

Other Key Requirements:

  • A diploma in Mortgage/Finance Broking
  • Previous experience in a Relationship Manager role within mortgage lending, with strong understanding of the broker channel and home loan products,
  • Existing broker and aggregator relationships in New South Wales & Queensland highly regarded, with ability to develop new partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented approach with ability to prioritise work effectively and work independently
  • Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel across New South Wales & Queensland, combined with strong teamwork capabilities and understanding of credit principles
