What's on offer

This is a newly created role designed to support our Interior and Electrical Design teams and improve the overall showroom experience.

By taking ownership of key documentation and admin processes, you will:

  • Enable consultants to spend more time with customers
  • Improve turnaround times across key build stages
  • Play a direct role in reducing errors and improving speed to site

This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build experience in a design, customer, or construction environment.

What you'll do

Reporting to a Showroom Team Manager, you will support the team by preparing and coordinating all pre and post appointment documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate and professional selection documentation for customer contracts
  • Coordinating internal and external colour selection information
  • Managing updates, amendments, and variations with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborating with Interior Designers, Lifestyle Consultants, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining organised workflows to support showroom efficiency

What you'll bring

  • A high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Passion and interest in working in residential construction

Experience in admin, coordination, or customer service is beneficial, and an interest in design or construction will set you apart.
