The Role

We are looking for individuals ready to join our Customer Experience (CX) Construction team. In this role you’ll provide admin support and work alongside our CX team in creating an outstanding customer experience. Our CX team are the first point of contact for our customers to update them on the progress of their build and support them through their new home journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide essential admin support and coverage to the CX team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage group inboxes, ensuring seamless communication across the team
  • Play a pivotal role in preparing reports, audits, presentations and documentation, contributing to our commitment to excellence and compliance
  • Respond to client queries, providing exceptional service that builds lasting relationships
  • Work closely with Site Managers, trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the construction phase 
  • Demonstrating willingness to learn and further grow own professional skills in customer experience
  • Address and resolve minor administrative issues as they arise, provide solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer records int eh database, ensuring accuracy.

  • Proactive problem‑solving, ability to resolve issues quickly and suggest improvements
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records, reports and communications
