What You'll Do

As a Production Estimator in our Estimating team, you will:

• Prepare accurate BOQs and purchase orders for residential home builds
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and variations prior to site start
• Complete cost and margin analysis to support profitable builds
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing, ordering, and documentation issues
• Support Construction and internal stakeholders with site-related and customer queries
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy, processes, and business performance
• Ensure all files are completed accurately and within required timeframes

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, experience in residential Production Estimating
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering details, and specifications
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
