Your Impact 

As Group Head of Marketing, you will be the most senior marketing leader within the Victorian business, reporting directly to the General Manager Retail and sitting on the Retail Leadership Team. 

• Leading the Victorian marketing function across brand, digital, performance marketing, customer communications, CX and marketing technology. 
• Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion. 
• Shaping the ongoing evolution of the Homebuyers Centre and Boutique Homes brands while supporting new growth initiatives. 
• Driving major digital and customer transformation programs, including website, CRM, marketing automation and customer journey initiatives. 
• Building sophisticated marketing analytics, attribution and performance measurement frameworks. 
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team. 
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions.

• Proven success leading large and complex marketing functions within customer-centric organisations. 
• Extensive experience across brand strategy, customer acquisition, digital marketing, CRM, customer experience and marketing technology. 
• Track record delivering transformational change. 
• Ability to balance long-term brand investment with measurable commercial outcomes. 
• Experience building high-performing teams and developing leaders. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability. 
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
