We’re seeking a Glazing Factory Supervisor to support our glazing operations and help lead the team into the future.

The Role

As a Glazing Factory Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Glazing Factory Manager to coordinate day-to-day production, lead a team of skilled manufacturing professionals, and ensure jobs are delivered on time, in full.

You’ll step confidently into leadership when required, support factory operations, and actively contribute to our commitment to safety, digital efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone ready to drive performance, support automation, and mentor the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and leading a high-performing manufacturing team
• Providing hands-on assistance across assembly, dispatch, and workflow coordination
• Mentoring and coaching apprentices and junior staff
• Collaborating with production and admin to meet daily output targets
• Championing 5S practices, waste reduction, and process improvements
• Acting with delegated authority in the manager’s absence

You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in the glass and glazing industry.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Working knowledge of digital production tools and automation systems such as Smart Glazier or Skytrust.
• Excellent organisational skills with a practical, hands-on mindset
• Initiative and commitment to health and safety.
• A forklift ticket
