  • Contribute to team engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture
  • Provide proactive administrative and coordination support across a broad range of business activities

What We're Looking For

You may already have experience supporting General Managers, senior leaders or leadership teams, or you may bring transferable experience from a fast-paced administration, project coordination, office management or business support role.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • The ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
