Your Impact

As a Production Drafting Team Leader in our Greenfields team, you'll drive the day-to-day performance of our drafting function, ensuring working drawings are delivered on time, with quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a draftsperson within residential construction
• Strong ArchiCAD capability and technical drafting expertise
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
