• Support the delivery of new land releases and marketing campaigns, gaining hands-on exposure across property development, sales, and community projects in WA
• Assist with updating CRM systems, websites, and social media content, helping ensure accurate data and engaging communications across multiple channels
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team and external partners, building strong foundational experience in events, reporting, and campaign coordination

The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities that expand across many facets of the company and the day to day functions.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage the creation and maintenance of CRM data, dashboards and reports
• Coordinate new land releases
• Supports the campaign and media strategy
• Collaboration with builder partners in relation to presentations, events, house and land packaging.
• Maintain project websites including builder portals
• Contribute articles and content for the Parcel website
• Prepare and execute content strategies across project social media pages
• Assist in the coordination and attendance at community and builder events

You

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent PC skills with thorough experience in the Microsoft suite of products
• Driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Experience in a similar role in the building or real estate industry
• InDesign, Photoshop and Google Analytics experience will be highly regarded
