What's on offer

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to support cost management and pricing across our residential project portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, margin protection and strong commercial outcomes across all projects. You will work closely with Retail, Developments, Operations and Building teams, supporting projects from early feasibility through pre‑release and pre‑construction.
 
You can expect to: 

• Prepare accurate build pricing including BOQs, façades and project specific costings
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support feasibility, pricing and project delivery
• Support pre‑release and pre‑construction activities to ensure pricing accuracy
• Maintain and govern pricing databases, master BOQs, upgrade options and variation pricing
• Complete detailed margin analysis prior to site start
• Ensure estimates comply with building codes, energy requirements, developer guidelines and local authority standards

 

What you'll bring
 
• Proven experience in project or sales estimating within residential construction
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost management and margin governance
• Sound understanding of residential building processes and construction methodologies
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed timeframes
• Clear written, numerical and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
