The role

Join Boutique Homes as a New Homes Sales Consultant in Melbourne’s North West suburbs. Based in a display home, you will guide customers through their home building journey and create tailored house and land solutions.

With a strong flow of qualified leads, your focus will be converting enquiries into new home contracts while delivering a premium customer experience.

You accountabilities include:

Sales and Customer Service; You'll build strong relationships with customers and convert enquiries into new home contracts. Create tailored house and land packages and drive referral opportunities.

Operations and product knowledge; Maintain accurate sales data, build strong product knowledge, and present display homes to a high standard.

Customer Experience; Manage customers from first contact through to contract, delivering a consistent and high quality experience aligned to the Boutique Homes brand.

 

What You’ll Bring

This is an ideal next step for a Sales Cadet, Sales Assistant, or someone early in their sales career who is motivated to learn, grow, and build a long term future in residential building. 

You'll have:

  • A passion for people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • A high level of self‑motivation, resilience and drive to exceed targets
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Previous experience in sales, or readiness to step up from a Cadet or Assistant role
