The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who brings positive energy, strong collaboration, and exceptional professional judgement to support our CFO. This is a high‑trust, fast‑paced role where you’ll be the steady partner who keeps priorities moving and the CFO operating at their best.
About the Role
You’ll provide proactive, end‑to‑end support across executive operations, communication, and coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex and frequently changing executive diary
- Triaging and managing the CFO’s inbox with discretion and sound judgement
- Preparing high‑quality briefing notes, presentations, and executive materials
- Coordinating domestic and international travel and logistics
- Organising executive, leadership, and board meetings, including agendas and papers
- Taking minutes and tracking actions to ensure timely follow‑up
- Drafting and managing correspondence on behalf of the CFO
- Supporting finance operations, including expenses, purchase orders, and documentation
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes
About You

- Significant experience supporting a C‑suite or senior executive
- A naturally energetic, positive, and collaborative working style
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach in fast‑moving environments
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Experience in finance, governance, or large/complex organisations (desirable)
