The Role

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the product strategy and development for a growing lending business.

As Product Manager & Development, you’ll ensure the Bluebay product suite remains competitive, commercially viable and aligned to customer and broker needs. You’ll lead the development of new lending products and work closely with internal teams and funder partners to bring them to market.

You’ll play a key role in shaping product direction, pricing and positioning, translating market insights into practical outcomes that drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and competitiveness
• Identify gaps in market that could be scoped into new product niche
• Track market and competitor trends, translating insights into product enhancements
• Work closely with funders to align products and support commercial outcomes
• Ensure product suite accurately reflected in marketing material and aggregator sites
• Partner with Sales teams to strengthen product positioning and drive adoption
• Simplify and communicate product policy for brokers and customers
• Support pricing strategy in line with market and funding changes

About You

You’re a commercially minded product professional with strong experience in the mortgage or lending industry, and a passion for building products that deliver real value.

You bring:

• Experience in product management and/or product development within lending or mortgage management
• Strong understanding of credit, lending structures and the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle
• Strong Excel and diagnostic skills
• Ability to interpret market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external partners
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
