The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our Estimating & Scheduling team. Reporting to the Estimating & Scheduling Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every home we build is delivered with precision. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, from single‑storey homes to multi‑unit developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Material & labour quantification — Accurately quantify and order all required materials and labour
  • Collaboration with Site Managers — Resolve queries and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Variation management — Process variations and verify Extra to Order invoices
  • Quality checking — Proof and check all scheduling work for accuracy
  • Purchase order management — Raise and distribute purchase orders
  • Plan & document interpretation — Interpret contracts, plans, legislation, and relevant standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Residential scheduling experience within the construction industry
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Solid understanding of construction methods and sequencing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective time management
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
