The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP Reconciliation Officer to join our Accounts Payable team on a 6-month fixed term contract based in Perth.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supplier accounts and Accounts Payable records across the business. You will be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end activities, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding queries
  • Supporting month-end reconciliation and ledger maintenance activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with process improvement initiatives across the Accounts Payable function
  • Supporting invoice issue resolution in line with internal procedures and SOPs

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and confident working within a fast-paced finance environment. You will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business while managing competing priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping, data entry, or Accounts Payable
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Strong documentation and organisational skills

We Will Provide
