The Role

Collaborating seamlessly with various departments, an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, team orientated person able to liaise with internal and external clients for their entire building experience and reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader - Construction. This role includes:

• Managing all customer enquiries and responding within agreed timeframes
• Providing regular phone and email updates to clients on the progress of their build
• Liaising with Site Managers, trades, suppliers and internal departments to gather accurate information
• Raising and processing variations during pre‑construction and construction, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Ensuring plans and documentation are updated to reflect all changes
• Maintaining accurate customer file notes, correspondence and job documentation
• Preparing key handover documentation and conducting handover meetings when required
• Escalating issues to the appropriate manager when necessary
• Supporting continuous improvement by reviewing and refining systems and processes
• Promoting and following up Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and participating in team meetings and activities
