The Role

We’re looking for a Showroom Host to support our Sales and Interior Design teams by delivering engaging customer walkthroughs of our Geelong Showroom. This casual role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and interiors, with opportunities to learn and develop over time.

You’ll host group showroom walkthroughs of approximately 10 customers, running for around 1.5 hours and providing general product information and guide pricing. Training will be provided to build your product knowledge and confidence.

This role requires availability to work Sundays from 9am to 4pm, plus one half day per week for training with the wider Interior Design team.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll have a genuine passion for customer service, confidence communicating with a range of customers, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude. Customer service experience is essential, while retail or sales experience is desirable but not required. A Certificate IV or higher in Interior Design is advantageous, though no experience is necessary.
