What You Will Be Working On

Your role goes far beyond traditional coordination, you’ll be the crucial link between our construction teams, stakeholders, and clients. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for all service inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency. This includes:

  • Managing incoming service calls and email inquiries with prompt, professional responses
  • Coordinating with Roofing Supervisors to schedule and optimise service delivery
  • Overseeing materials ordering and fall protection equipment requirements
  • Creating and maintaining detailed service reports and documentation
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and managing work orders efficiently

To Be Successful

You’re a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. With strong communication skills and a knack for staying organised, you’re always on top of things. You bring a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. If this sounds like you, we’re looking for someone who also has:

  • Strong organising and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret building plans
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in a similar role or in residential construction is advantageous
