As a Senior Lifestyle Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Showroom team by mentoring, onboarding, and training new team members. You’ll enhance team capability, assist with problem-solving, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your Impact

• Team Support & Capability Enhancement

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to the Lifestyle Design team
  • Support problem-solving and capability development

• Customer Appointments

  • Deliver personalised consultations to design electrical plans
  • Advise customers on selections including power, data, security, automation, and lighting
  • Ensure all selections are accurately documented for contract and site
  • Build trust and strong relationships with a socially and culturally diverse customer base

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in electrical consulting with a major volume builder or similar
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Diploma in Design (advantageous)
• Passion for home building and interiors
• High energy, positivity, and authenticity
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language
