What’s On Offer

We’re looking for a Showroom Host to support our Sales and Interior Design teams by delivering engaging customer walkthroughs of our Geelong Showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about interiors and customer service, with the potential for future growth and development.

This role will require you to work on a casual basis and have availability to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday evenings. 

Your Impact

• Host group walkthrough appointments
• Provide general information and guide pricing to customers
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of showroom products (training provided)
• Translate technical information into customer-friendly language

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences
• Customer service experience essential; retail or sales experience desirable
• Cert IV or higher in Interior Design (advantageous, no experience necessary)
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
