Your Impact

In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape the strategic direction and operational performance of the Procurement function across Victoria. You’ll establish best‑practice procurement standards, build an industry‑leading category management framework, and champion continuous improvement across every facet of procurement and supply chain.

You’ll also play a critical role in building and developing a high‑performing team of category managers & analysts through coaching, empowerment and clarity of purpose, you’ll strengthen capability, engagement, and alignment with broader business goals.

Working closely with leaders in Construction, Design, Operations, Showroom and Retail, you’ll ensure procurement is not only a trusted partner — but a strategic enabler of ABN Group’s long‑term success in Victoria.

You will –

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of procurement analysts, ensuring capability growth, engagement and clear accountability.
• Interpret data, model cost scenarios, and maintain pricing databases that support smarter business decisions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end supplier cycle: from trials and onboarding, through to negotiations, performance management and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national suppliers and contribute to group‑wide procurement strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Construction, Design, Operations, Retail and Showroom to align procurement outcomes with business priorities.
• Influence positive operational outcomes through strong communication, robust reporting and a continuous improvement mindset.

You don’t need to be from a building background — we welcome applicants who bring strong commercial, analytical and relationship‑driven experience from other industries.
