Who Are We?

At ABN Group, we’re Australia’s leaders in construction, property and finance. In Victoria, you’ll know us through Boutique Homes & Homebuyers Centre. Our purpose is simple: help people achieve the dream of home ownership — and deliver an experience that’s efficient, reliable, and genuinely memorable.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

People are at the centre of everything we do — we support your wellbeing, your growth, and your life outside of work.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll enjoy:

  • Health & wellbeing perks: onsite gym, flu vaccinations, skin checks, massages & financial wellbeing seminars
  • Subsidised, barista‑made coffee onsite
  • A warm, connected culture with regular social events
  • Discounts if you choose to build your own home

Your Impact

As our Procurement Category Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we source, negotiate, and collaborate with suppliers to deliver value across our Victorian operations. You’ll partner closely with the Victorian Procurement Manager and a wide mix of internal stakeholders to build and execute category strategies that deliver improvements in time, service, quality, and safety.

You will –

  • Bring strong analytical capability to the table — interpreting data, modelling cost scenarios, and maintaining pricing databases that support smarter business decisions.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end supplier cycle: from trials and onboarding, through to negotiations, performance management and compliance.
  • Uplift the quality of our supplier relationships, streamline procurement processes, and strengthen the commercial foundations that support our building teams.
  • Influence positive operational outcomes through strong communication, robust reporting and a continuous improvement mindset.

All the while, you’ll be helping to drive performance across a large and diverse supplier base.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be from a building background — we welcome applicants who bring strong commercial, analytical and relationship‑driven experience from other industries.

We’d love to meet you if you are:

  • Highly analytical, with strong commercial acumen
  • Skilled in problem solving, decision making and interpreting data
  • Someone with exceptional communication skills who builds trust quickly
  • Comfortable leading negotiations and managing complex supplier relationships
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and confident juggling competing priorities
  • Open to growth, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Experienced in procurement, category management, or commercial operations (construction experience is a bonus, not a must)

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
