What’s On Offer

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a critical role in delivering cost-effective and efficient builds. You’ll be responsible for completing take-offs accurately and within budgeted timelines, creating bills of quantity (BOQs), and generating purchase orders for each job to ensure accurate cost forecasting.

Your Impact

• Complete detailed take-offs for residential builds
• Prepare accurate BOQs and purchase orders for each project
• Ensure working drawings, specifications, contracts, and variations align
• Conduct detailed margin analysis
• Resolve ordering oversights and support construction teams with site-related requests
• Identify trends in extra-to-order items and contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Previous production estimating experience with a volume builder
• Tertiary qualifications in building and construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports, and specifications
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Resilience and determination when faced with challenges
