Join our Greenfields Preconstruction Team and help customers turn their dream home into reality. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers and coordinate all elements of the preconstruction workflow—from sales acceptance through to construction—while ensuring timelines are met and the customer experience is exceptional.
Your Impact
- Provide outstanding customer service during the preconstruction phase
- Ensure contracts are delivered within designated timelines
- Coordinate jobs from sales acceptance to construction commencement
- Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs
