The Role
An opportunity has become available to work within a dynamic and collaborative Sales Administration team to support our New Homes Consultants with the flow of jobs through the sales process. You will also support the Sales Leadership team with pipeline management and administration training of all New Homes Consultants.
Other key duties include:
- Approve and qualify all new deals by signing off sales checklist and marking jobs as won
- Champion the development and implementation of minimum administration standards to ensure desired customer sales experience
- Coordinate the handover of sales files to Operations to process through to Site Start
- Provide accurate and efficient reporting for Sales Managers as required
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings

- Building industry experience is desirable, with a commitment to supporting a seamless customer journey
