What's on offer

This is a newly created role designed to support our Lifestyle Design team and enhance customer experience through one of the most exciting stages of building a new home.

You'll help coordinate the selections that make a home functional, comfortable and future ready, including electrical, lighting, heating and cooling, smart home technology, security and other lifestyle products.

By taking ownership of key documentation and administration processes, you will:

  • Enable designers to spend more time with customers
  • Improve turnaround times across key stages of the building journey
  • Reduce errors and improve speed to site
  • Build valuable knowledge across residential construction and home technology

 

What you'll do

Reporting to the Showroom Team Manager, you will support our Lifestyle Design team by preparing and coordinating all pre and post appointment documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare accurate and professional selection documentation for contracts
  • Coordinate information relating to electrical, lighting, heating and cooling, smart home and lifestyle selections
  • Manage updates, amendments and variations with strong attention to detail
  • Support consultants by ensuring customer information is complete and accurate
  • Collaborate with Lifestyle Designers, Electrical Consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organised workflows that contribute to an efficient and seamless customer experience
