What's on offer
We are excited to be recruiting multiple People Business Partners to support our growing Victorian business. We have both permanent opportunities and 12–18 month fixed‑term contracts available.
Depending on your experience and career aspirations, you may partner with one of our key portfolios:
- Retail – Sales, Marketing and Design
- Operations – Drafting, Estimating and Customer Project Managers
- Building – Site Managers, Construction Administration and Warranties
Across all portfolios, you’ll work closely with General Managers and their leadership teams to provide strategic HR support and expert guidance. This is a true generalist role, where you’ll move seamlessly between day‑to‑day problem solving and long‑term people and capability planning.
You’ll work across:
- Coaching and supporting leaders to build capability and drive performance
- Workforce planning
- Reporting and analytics
- Change management
- ER and IR
- Talent mapping and succession planning
