Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll support customers through key stages of their home-building journey, delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
Based in our Customer Hub, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, resolve enquiries, and keep accurate customer records. You’ll work closely with Site Managers and internal teams, providing administrative support and helping ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
No experience in building or construction? No problem! What matters most is your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you’ve honed your skills in retail, hospitality, events, or any role where people come first, you already have what it takes to shine here.
We’ll provide all the training and development you need to thrive, plus a clear pathway for growth into exciting future roles.
