The Role

Reporting to the After Care Team Lead, this role is essential to the success of our service team. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing group that genuinely cares about making a difference for our customers every day.

As one of the key voices of our business, you’ll guide customers through their service journey, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and informed at every step.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers navigating their aftercare experience after they receive the keys to their dream home
  • Manage enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Handle sensitive and sometimes highly emotional conversations with confidence and care
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience

This is a role where your ability to stay calm, resilient, and solutions-focused truly matters.
