What’s On Offer

As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Operations team—the engine that takes customer projects from sales to site with speed and accuracy. You’ll partner with leaders and provide HR expertise to a diverse cohort of around 220 team members including Interior Designers, Draftspeople, Estimators, and Customer Experience professionals. This is a true generalist role where you’ll move between operational problem-solving and strategic planning. You’ll work across

• Employee relations and industrial relations
• Workforce planning
• Reporting and analytics
• Change management
• Talent mapping and succession planning
• Coaching and supporting leaders to build capability and drive performance
