About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.
This position focuses on process optimisation, continuous improvement, data‑driven performance enhancement, and digital enablement.
You will work closely with Production, Logistics, IT, Quality, and Leadership teams to analyse performance, streamline processes, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a 2 year fixed‑term contract, with potential for permanency subject to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Standardise processes and embed process governance frameworks across manufacturing teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops and coach teams through process changes.
- Monitor improvement project outcomes, financial impacts, and alignment to business strategy.
- Provide leadership in change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to manufacturing readiness for future growth, technology projects, and process enhancements.
About You

- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar improvement methodologies.
- Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and data analytics capability.
- Experience with ERP, MES, APS or automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Trade, Business, Project, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
