About The Role
As the People & Organisational Development Specialist, you will:
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual) using contemporary adult learning approaches
- Embed psychosocial safety, role clarity, workload management and respectful behaviours into leadership and team programs
- Support the application of coaching frameworks and 360 feedback tools to drive capability uplift and behaviour change
- Partner with senior stakeholders and project teams to design learning-led change solutions aligned to business priorities
- Design blended learning pathways including workshops, microlearning, digital content and performance support tools
- Develop digital learning using tools such as Articulate 360 and other interactive media platforms
- Measure learning effectiveness and adoption using practical metrics and insights
What You’ll Bring
- Qualification in Workplace Training & Assessment, Instructional Design, VET or a related discipline
- Experience in Learning & Development within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership and team development programs in complex organisations
- Strong instructional design capability across blended learning, including e-learning authoring and performance support tools
- Knowledge of workplace wellbeing and psychosocial risk, with a practical, leader-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, comfortable influencing and coaching leaders
- Clear, confident communication skills with a strong business storytelling lens
- Resilience, adaptability and systems thinking, able to balance pace, quality and impact
