What You Will Be Working On

As part of our ongoing growth nationally we are seeking a person who is a self-starter and enjoys providing a high level of service in all areas. If you love a challenge, you will love this role.

You will be looking after the state of Victoria, be responsible for building and managing our broker network. Our office is in Docklands for your convenience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregators
  • Promote Bluebay’s full suite of home loan products to new and existing brokers
  • Conduct regular face-to-face broker meetings, training sessions, and product updates
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase loan volumes
  • Support brokers through the application-to-settlement process
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders

Who Will Be Successful

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager who thrives in the dynamic mortgage lending environment and has a proven track record of building strong partnerships within the broker channel.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, capable of establishing themselves as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external broker partners. With a solid understanding of home loan products and credit principles to drive business growth.

Other Key Requirements:

  • A diploma in Mortgage/Finance Broking
  • Previous experience in a Relationship Manager role within mortgage lending, with strong understanding of the broker channel and home loan products,
  • Existing broker and aggregator relationships in Victoria highly regarded, with ability to develop new partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented approach with ability to prioritise work effectively and work independently
  • Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel across Victoria, combined with strong teamwork capabilities and understanding of credit principles
