The Role

Collaborating seamlessly with various departments, an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, team orientated person able to liaise with internal and external clients for their entire building experience and reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader - Construction. This role includes:

  • Handling and responding to all client queries
  • Regular job tracking and updating clients 
  • Liaising with Site Managers, trades and suppliers throughout the construction phase of the builds 
  • Managing time frames right through to completion of the client’s home and after handover
  • Conducting key handover meetings with clients

Our Coordinators provide an awesome experience for our customers when they require information or updates on the progress of their build. You will need to be empathetic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to make sure our customers are provided with a quality service.  

Knowledge of the building industry would be advantageous; however we can teach and guide you through this. Working in customer experience can be busy at times, so your organisational, time management and attention to detail need to be strong to ensure seamless coordination of communications.
