The Role 

Looking to launch your career in the construction industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the world of Estimating and Scheduling. We’ll teach you everything you need to know! You’ll be part of a supportive team, learning how to estimate and schedule ceilings for residential homes across Perth and the South West, while gaining valuable industry experience. 

Your duties will include: 

• Learn to order materials and calculate labour using take-off software 

• Develop skills in interpreting plans, codes, and contract documents 

• Support site managers with project queries 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on budget 

• Help process callups from builders and liaise with the accounts team 

You 

You’re motivated, keen to learn, and ready to take on a new challenge. While experience in estimating or scheduling isn’t required, your positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to grow will set you up for success. 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• Confidence using Microsoft Office 

• Good communication and a team-focused mindset 

• An interest in the building or construction industry 

• The ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure 

• A proactive approach to learning new systems and processes
