The Role

We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Service Plumber to join our team, working across new home service jobs within one of WA's leading residential building companies. Boeing Plumbing, as part of the ABN Group, provides quality plumbing services to more than five industry partners from Two Rocks to Margaret River.

You’ll be attending jobs across Perth’s north, south and central suburbs, so flexibility and a team-first approach are key. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with overtime available when required and availability on a rotating on-call roster (every 5 weeks).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attending daily jobs scheduled on your run sheet
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving service and maintenance issues
  • Completing preventative maintenance, including pre-handover drain camera inspections
  • Working closely with Service Coordinators and Assistants
  • Completing clear and accurate job reports via Simpro
  • Attending weekly toolbox meetings and contributing to continuous improvement

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous plumbing experience in WA
  • A current WA driver’s licence
  • WA Plumbing Licence (Gas Fitting licence highly regarded but not essential)
  • Confidence using mobile technology and job management systems
  • Simpro experience (highly regarded, but training can be provided)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with clear communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

What’s In It For You

  • Company vehicle, iPad and mobile phone provided
  • Strong office-based support to help you focus on the job, not the admin
  • Be part of a business that values quality workmanship, innovation and teamwork
  • Flexible work arrangements to support work–life balance where possible
  • Career development opportunities within a large, stable and growing organisation
  • A strong wellbeing focus, including programs that support your physical and mental health
  • Access to in-house employee discounts
  • Paid parental leave for both primary and non-primary carers
