What You’ll Do
As a Draftsperson, you’ll prepare accurate, compliant contract and prestart drawings using ArchiCAD, working from sketches, variations and technical requirements. You’ll collaborate with sales, prestart, estimating and construction teams, and coordinate with engineers and energy assessors to obtain certified documents and ensure all plans meet statutory standards.
You’ll also help maintain drawing quality by checking team members’ work, resolving technical questions, and supporting smooth project delivery through clear, detailed documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using ArchiCAD (Revit exposure is a bonus!)
- Understanding of contract documentation and construction techniques
- Minimum Cert IV in Residential Drafting
- Knowledge of construction codes and residential building practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
