What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager in our Dual Occupancy & Developments Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their entire journey—from pre-site and town planning through to construction and handover.

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate approvals, documentation, and timelines, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Your role is all about delivering clarity and confidence in a high-stakes environment, ensuring projects run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential construction and/or project management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end construction processes
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and documentation skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of town planning and building permits (highly desirable)
