What’s On Offer

This is a parental leave contract anticipated to run until the end of 2026. As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Retail team, which drives sales performance, shapes our brand presence, and delivers inspiring design solutions. This cohort of around 180 team members includes Sales Consultants, Marketing Specialists, and Interior Designers, located throughout Victoria in our Display Homes and head office. You’ll partner with two General Managers (GM Retail and GM Marketing) and their leadership teams to provide HR expertise and strategic support. This is a true generalist role where you’ll move between operational problem-solving and strategic planning.

You’ll work across:

• Coaching and supporting leaders to build capability and drive performance
• Workforce planning
• Reporting and analytics
• Change management
• ER and IR
• Talent mapping and succession planning
