The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate all cabinetry, stone and glass installations across our metro projects. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring installations are delivered on time, to standard, safely and cost‑effectively.

The Role

• Lead and manage all retail installation activities across cabinetry, stone and glass
• Ensure installation resources and site supervision are in place to meet demand
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance across all installation sites
• Liaise with clients, site supervisors, trades and internal departments
• Manage installation schedules, documentation and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality and efficiency
• Represent The Maker’s standards and values on site and with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification (cabinet making or related field)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the kitchen cabinetry industry, including installation leadership
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Proven people leadership and problem‑solving skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Commitment to safety and quality
