What’s the Opportunity?

You'll be joining a fast-moving, supportive team where your eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and team-first attitude will really shine. In this role, you'll help get our construction projects off to the best possible start—making sure everything from accurate BOQs to smooth site handovers is on point.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business—think suppliers, internal departments, and construction crews—to keep our documentation sharp, costs accurate, and customers happy. You’ll also have the chance to spot ways we can do things better, help cut down on Extras to Order (ETO), and play a part in driving improvements across the board.

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but some of the experience that could help you hit the ground running includes:

• Production Estimating experience
• Confidence reading architectural drawings, engineering reports, soil tests, and specs
• A good grasp of residential construction methods

But more than anything, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the building industry, keen to learn, and excited to be part of a supportive, driven team.
