What You’ll Do

As a Draftsperson in our Dual Occupancy Team, you’ll transform design concepts into build-ready documentation. You’ll prepare design sketches, town planning applications, and working drawings using ArchiCAD, while playing a key role in our exciting transition to Revit.

Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery across projects, contributing to a collaborative team that’s shaping the future of drafting at ABN Group.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using ArchiCAD (Revit exposure is a bonus!)
• Understanding of contract documentation and construction techniques
• Minimum Cert IV in Residential Drafting
• Knowledge of construction codes and residential building practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
