The Role

The Display & New Product Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all pre-construction and construction tasks associated with displays and demonstration homes across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all approval processes, developer approvals, building licences, WAWA etc.
  • Prepare Constructive addenda’s
  • Document interior design requirements, quotes, selections and samples
  • Report against display budgets and document addenda for display homes
  • Update of relevant display documents, display coordination matrix and furniture inventory management
  • Coordination of display walkthroughs and inspections
  • Prepare and manage quotes with relevant vendors and landscaping 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the Group
  • Ensure compliance with display rebates
  • Support preparation for releasing homes for sale including ordering valuation

  • Be self-motivated, dynamic, confident and energetic
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in Prestart and understanding of relevant processes and systems
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and work autonomously
