The Role
The Display & New Product Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all pre-construction and construction tasks associated with displays and demonstration homes across WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all approval processes, developer approvals, building licences, WAWA etc.
- Prepare Constructive addenda’s
- Document interior design requirements, quotes, selections and samples
- Report against display budgets and document addenda for display homes
- Update of relevant display documents, display coordination matrix and furniture inventory management
- Coordination of display walkthroughs and inspections
- Prepare and manage quotes with relevant vendors and landscaping
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the Group
- Ensure compliance with display rebates
- Support preparation for releasing homes for sale including ordering valuation

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills, competencies and attributes:
- Be self-motivated, dynamic, confident and energetic
- Excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills
- Experience in Prestart and understanding of relevant processes and systems
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and work autonomously
