What You Will Be Working On

As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager - Construction, this pivotal, fast-paced role is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations.

This role is full-time opportunity for a 12-month fixed-term period.

  • Proactively manage the GMs diary and email, ensuring they are organised, time-efficient and have flexibility
  • Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and taking minutes
  • Compile, verify and distribute departmental reporting to inform cross-functional strategy and execution
  • Plan and deliver events, measuring success through feedback from key stakeholders
  • Contribute to building a fun, collaborative and inclusive culture across departments and teams
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the GM on all business reporting areas 
  • Organise employee recognition initiatives, including staff birthdays, quarterly awards, and other relevant celebrations
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time, accurately, and to a high standard
