What You’ll Do

We're on the lookout for detail-oriented, tech-savvy people to help us keep things running smoothly. If you’re organised, love accuracy, and can smash through admin tasks like a pro, we want you on the team.

You will need to - 

• Be able to follow complex instructions
• Undertake administrative tasks with accuracy and have great attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with the team
• Be available to interview between 10 December 2025 and 17 December 2025
• Be available to work for some period between 17 December 2025 to January / February 2026

The Finer Details

Here's some other things you need to know -

• We'll provide all the equipment & training you need to carry out your job
• You'll be employed on a casual basis and be paid an hourly rate
• There is a subsidised barista-made coffee cart on site so you can drink all the coffee you need!
• All applicants must be over 18 years of age and must hold valid Australian working rights to apply
• Be prepared to work on-site at our office at 81 Lorimer Street, Docklands
• Be reliable and ready to start ASAP
