We are currently undertaking a significant finance data clean‑up project following historic use of Super Purchase Orders (Super POs). This work involves validating, reconciling, and correcting data to ensure financial accuracy across major systems such as CBS and D365. To support this project, we are seeking detail-focused Data Administrators to join us between now and March 2026.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for validating Purchase Orders, reallocating costs to correct project codes, reconciling financial data across systems, and working with internal stakeholders—including Finance, Transformation and Construction—as well as suppliers, to resolve discrepancies. The work is highly structured, accuracy‑critical, and central to improving data governance and financial integrity across the business.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for people with data, bookkeeping, or accounting experience—including those on Working Holiday visas looking to apply their skills in a corporate environment. Work is performed on‑site at 81 Lorimer Street, Docklands.
You will need to -
• Follow complex instructions within finance and project control workflows
• Undertake data entry and administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile data and identify inconsistencies
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and professionalism
• Escalate issues when required and support continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using finance systems such as ERPs (e.g., D365)
• Experience in data entry, administration, bookkeeping, or similar finance-related work• Ability to problem-solve, identify discrepancies, and escalate when needed
• Confidence working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
• A desire to learn and contribute to a large transformation project
• Valid Australian working rights (Working Holiday visas welcomed)
• Ability to work on‑site in Docklands
