Are you a qualified Plumber ready to step into a dual-role leadership position? We are seeking a dynamic individual to not only supervise the plumbing installations for our new residential homes but also take charge of the day-to-day operations and culture of one of our satellite branches. This is a critical role blending technical expertise, team development, and operational management.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of plumbing supervision and branch management, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across all work. Your core objective is to deliver scheduled work on time, achieve team financial targets (breakeven/profit), and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement while maintaining a positive environment for all employees.

  • Oversee and organise all residential new home plumbing installations, ensuring all work meets compliance standards and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Mentor and develop our Tradespeople and Apprentices through regular on-site catchups and quarterly development plan discussions.
  • Manage Branch Operations, including achieving wages team P&L targets, monitoring vehicle maintenance, and maintaining good housekeeping practices.
  • Drive Quality and Safety initiatives, instilling a "Do It Once Do It Right" and "Work Safe, Home Safe" culture throughout the team.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategically review and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and accuracy within the branch.

Who Will Be Successful

  • You hold a current plumbing license and possess an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end residential plumbing process.
  • You are a proven leader with the ability to mentor, coach, and drive high performance through positive feedback and strong relationships.
  • You possess a strategic mindset, capable of analysing data, driving change, and managing branch financial targets (P&L achievement).
  • You are target-driven, highly organised, and approach every task with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You demonstrate a passion for delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.
