Your Impact

As a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Preconstruction Team, your role is to help our customers turn their dream home into reality.

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and oversee every step of the preconstruction process—from sales acceptance to construction—keeping timelines on track and customer experiences exceptional. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the trusted partner who makes building a home exciting, not overwhelming.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the pre-construction space 
• Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confident in handling objections and skilled at finding win–win solutions.
• A natural collaborator who builds strong, positive relationships with ease.
• Resilient and proactive – you see challenges as opportunities to shine.
• Strong documentation & organisational skills
