Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Preconstruction Team, your role is to help our customers turn their dream home into reality.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and oversee every step of the preconstruction process—from sales acceptance to construction—keeping timelines on track and customer experiences exceptional. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the trusted partner who makes building a home exciting, not overwhelming.
If you bring prior experience working with volume builders in the pre‑construction space, we’d be thrilled to hear from you.
