The Role
Working in our Sales Administration team to support our New Homes Consultants with the flow of jobs through the sales process. You will also support the Sales Leadership team with pipeline management and administration training of all New Homes Consultants.
Key duties include:
- Approve and qualify all new deals by completing sales checklists and marking jobs as won
- Support Sales Consultants by resolving job process issues and maintaining minimum admin standards
- Coordinate accurate handover of sales files to Operations
- Manage ordering and receipt of surveys and site reports
- Support Sales Development Managers with admin training and onboarding for new Sales Consultants
- Follow up incomplete NPS surveys to ensure client feedback is captured
- Review and improve sales administration processes and identify skill development needs
- Track job progress with Sales Consultants to maintain visibility of pre‑construction milestones and address risks early
- Provide Sales Managers with Salesforce updates on monthly sales progress
- Prepare weekly reports on out‑of‑contact leads and opportunities
- Run Salesforce reports as required and prepare end‑of‑month and AAR reporting
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in sales meetings
About You
We are looking for a positive individual who possesses exceptional stakeholder management and can work in a fast-paced environment in an autonomous capacity. As a Sales Administrator you will need to have strong administration skills with a high attention to detail.
